Stopped for lunch on Sunday the 20th. There was a party going on in the main dining area so had to sit in the bar area. It wasn't too busy so got seated quickly. Ordered garlic bread and a 14" cheese, sausage and pineapple pizza. Ended up with two orders of garlic bread because the kitchen mistakenly made it with cheese. Didn't have to pay for the second order though! The pizza came out just as the garlic was finished off. The pizza was EXCELLENT!! The crust (thin) was cooked perfectly. The only odd thing was how the pie was cut. I highly recommend giving this establishment a try. The food is good and not overpriced in today's economy.

This is a convenient place to stop with easy parking and it's right on the way to wherever you're heading! The food was great and didnt take long to come out. The only negative was a waiter that wasn't as attentive as he could have been. He was very friendly but not that quick with taking care of some of our needs or requests. They weren't super busy at the time. All things considered, this is a comfortable place to stop in for very good food.

First time here, visiting a good friend. Took us here for lunch and just missed all you can eat pizza for $10. But nice place, relaxed atmosphere very good and friendly service. Food really good. I had corned beef and Swiss egg rolls and my wife had Italian beef and hot giardanera egg rolls and my good friend had a chicken salad. Food was great.

Was very pleased to see there was such a nice place down this road to eat. The atmosphere is awesome too with the wooden wall, the pool tables, the music has been great too. Helped me remember great songs I had forgotten that I was able to add to my Spotify. The staff was super nice. The pizza buffet was great. Solid variety. Im also a.hug Pibb fan over Dr Pepper so it's great they also have this.

Having now visited JJ Twigs twice since its transition, I can say the renovation has breathed new life into the space. The refreshed interior strikes a balance between casual warmth and contemporary polish, with the pool area and bar particularly well-executed—inviting without pretense. On our most recent visit, a table for six was easily reserved, and the setting proved ideal for a relaxed evening among friends. Upon arrival, however, the entry process remains ambiguous—guests are left uncertain whether to wait for a host or seat themselves, a small but notable oversight in an otherwise well-orchestrated atmosphere. Service on this occasion, led by Shelby, was exemplary—attentive, personable, and unhurried. Drinks were well-crafted and consistent across the table. The pizzas continue to impress—crispy, balanced, and generously topped—while the entrees, notably the smash burger, showcased thoughtful execution and flavor. JJ Twigs succeeds where it matters most: good food, inviting ambiance, and service that makes you feel at ease. It’s an excellent choice for groups seeking a casual yet elevated dining experience. With a few refinements to the guest flow upon arrival, it could evolve from a neighborhood favorite into a standout local destination.

Stopped in Johnny's Snack Shop for some lunch. Everything was delicious. The all day Wednesday special 1/2 price burger meal with fries and soup was excellent. Soup was gnocchi chicken. Fries were awesome! Perfectly done. The grilled chicken tacos with rice and beans was great. Beautiful inside with lots of seating. Lots of outdoor seating as well with plenty of parking. All of the staff was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
